Cambodia and Thailand

These pictures were taken on a trip to Cambodia and Thailand in December of 2004. I hit the ground in Phnom Penh, where I wandered the city streets and took a few cycle-powered excursions into the countryside. From there I took the boat upriver to the Tonle Sap, Siem Reap and Angkor. After a few days it was a quick flight to Bangkok, where I spent a week wandering around the city. I was awakened on the last morning by the faintest tremblings of the earthquake whose tsunami would wreak havoc in the region a few hours later.
