Penang road trip

Malaysia's north-south highway feels right at home to one used to driving the highways of the American midwest. In fact, it's easy to forget one is in Asia at all until you come around a bend and see yet another great vista of tropical vegetation and limestone hillocks that appear to be straight out of Chinese paintings.

	Penang is joined to the mainland by way of an 8.2-mile long bridge
